Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine calls to take Measures concerning the Utilization of the Rocket Fuel in Pavlograd City of Dnipropetrovsk Region
During the press-conference in Pavlograd city, V. Lytvyn declared that in Pavlograd the second Chornobyl should nit take place. He mentioned that for the utilization of the rocket fuel 40 mln. grn. should be allotted.
On of the ways of the problem solving, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine finds the appellation to the international community. He also mentioned that Ukraine has completed all its duties concerning the liquidation of the nuclear weapons
The Parliament should adopt the appellation to the USA and "to the guarantees of the nuclear safety in the world".
